Yes, generally speaking, the idea of SFD is simulated and scripted action, however, some things can’t be faked. Slaps are not fake, quite obviously. But since this kind of action cannot be defined “wrestling” by any means, it was marked SFD and published here. So the slaps are real, not fake.
About “extreme violence”: what is fake and simulated here on SFD can even be extreme, but it’s fake. Like the fake blood category for example.
On the other hand, what is on IFW is all real, and there’s nothing “extremely violent” there, though some of the catfights are really hard, as you know well.
If by “real fight” you mean the competitive matches at IFW, then the catfights are the strongest kind of competition they have ever taken part in.
