Vanessa heard about SFD from a friend and wanted to try it out. Her debut was a strength contest against a confident Michela. The girls started with arm wrestling, eye to eye. Vanessa gained self-esteem after beating the seasoned veteran in a long, 6-minute match and an even more challenging rematch.

Arms and legs tests of strength

The next challenge is a fingerlock strength test. They maintain eye contact from start to finish, trying to bend the opponent’s wrists backwards and force her to her knees. Michela wins the first round, Vanessa the second, and a tie-breaker is needed to decide the winner.

Sore loser!

A leg-wrestling contest follows, where the girls sit facing each other and try to open their opponent’s thighs using their own leg strength. Finally, Vanessa and Michela sit on the mats and go sole against sole in a different leg-push strength test. Someone will leave the room with the tail between her legs!
